By accessing or using the AutoWealth platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
AutoWealth provides automated copy trading infrastructure that connects to cryptocurrency exchanges via API. Our platform facilitates trade signal replication between accounts. AutoWealth does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or asset management services.
3. Self-Custody Model
AutoWealth operates on a non-custodial basis. Your funds remain in your own exchange account at all times. We access your account via API keys with trading permissions only. We never request or accept withdrawal permissions. You maintain full control of your assets.
4. Risk Disclosure
Trading cryptocurrency futures involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any trading strategy does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose. AutoWealth is not responsible for trading losses.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your exchange account and API keys
- Ensuring you have the legal right to trade in your jurisdiction
- Understanding the risks of leveraged trading
- Monitoring your positions and account balance
- Paying any applicable fees, taxes, or commissions
6. Fees and Payments
AutoWealth charges performance-based fees on profitable trades. Fees are calculated and invoiced automatically. You agree to pay all fees according to your subscription plan. Fee structures may vary by community or trading provider.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Attempt to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading
- Reverse engineer or copy our technology
- Share your account access with unauthorized parties
- Violate exchange terms of service through our platform
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Exchanges may experience downtime, API changes, or connectivity issues outside our control. We are not liable for missed trades or losses due to technical issues.
9. Limitation of Liability
AutoWealth provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, disconnect your API keys from our platform. Outstanding fees remain payable. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
